The Wild Folk
Throughout history we have always been intuitively guided and rooted in earth-based knowledge – to find harmony within nature, discovering botanical sustenance, vitality and balance. This great and wild earth has gifted us medicine, nourishment and connection. When we connect with the wild, we connect with our pure potential for a deeper understanding and connection to all things.
Here in our healing haven, we harvest with this earth-rooted knowledge to prepare and share “soil to soul” goodness. We use plant and mineral allies for botanical medicine making – for edible wellness, body vitality and mindful well-being. Our products, courses and community reconnect people to the wild and back to a simple way of giving, thriving and living.

Soul Kitchen
For generations we have foraged, cultivated and harvested food as medicine. As the earth cycles, we are once again experiencing this deep respect and return to the wild for the botanical nourishment and the wholesome connection it offers us.
Soul Kitchen is a place to reconnect to our ancestral roots as wise foragers, kitchen mavens and concious gardeners. It is a giving space grounded in gratitude-one that honours the gifts of this earth and of the one life we are given by practicing and enjoying edible wellness.
Join us in rediscovering “the wild for wellness” through our hands-on classes, intentional recipes and community dinners.

Backyard Blossom Butter
Spring is blossoming with colour and botanical nourishment! After a long winter's rest, the plants are sprouting and plentiful. They are as eager as us to reach towards the warmth of the sun-to recharge our energy and stimulate our bodies. It is no coincidence that...
